米糠漬是日本世代相傳的傳統發酵美食，將當季蔬菜埋入米糠床中，經過乳酸菌和酵母菌發酵，產生獨特的鹹酸風味。米糠中的維生素、礦物質和益生菌，有助於改善腸胃環境，不僅升華蔬菜的營養，更增添獨特的風味層次。
