The Traditional Arts Showcase abbreviated as PST, is an esteemed platform that celebrates the rich tapestry of Malaysia's ethnic groups' traditional arts. Initiated by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) through the National Department for Culture and Arts (JKKN). This endeavour exemplifies Malaysia's unwavering commitment to safeguarding its intangible cultural heritage. Aligned with the Third Pillar of the National Cultural Policy (DAKEN), which underscores the pivotal efforts of conserving and preserving the nation's cultural legacy.

Immerse yourself in the enchanting realm of Malaysia's diverse cultural and traditional arts at Panggung Seni Tradisional 2024 (PST2024) showcase. This extraordinary event highlights captivating performances, each carefully crafted to embody the nation's rich aesthetic values. The PST2024 transcends the boundaries of a mere presentation, serving as a dynamic platform for cultural groups and associations to explore the intricate art of production for their respective performances.

Aligning with the Strategic Core of the Department for Culture and Arts (JKKN), PST2024 enhances accessibility to arts and cultural services, fostering the well-being of the community through the power of artistic expression.

The production is also supported by Yayasan Hasanah The production aims to preserve and promote Indian classical arts, fostering cultural appreciation among audiences of all backgrounds while offering a professional platform for young local talent. All the songs were written by Shathiyah Kristian, composed by Sh. Venkateshwaran Kuppuswamy and choreographed by Ms Nalini Rathakris, the Founder and President of Pertubuhan Kesenian dan Kebudayaan SRFA with the help of lyric writers, sound engineers and trainers.

Roughly 30 participants will be part of the show, ranging from main dancers, characters and more. The program will run for 90-minutes.
