Rudi Osman (Singapore) @rudi0s : is a improv electric guitarist and composer from the Singapore heavy music scene, where he emerged in 2003 as a founding member of post- hardcore stalwart A Visual Affair, who toured the region and released their debut album Reason To Leave, on Universal Music in 2008. As a solo instrumental act, Rudi combines elements of ambient, glitch and post-rock with deep interest in meditation to carve tones of dissonance, noise, stillness, rest and contemplation.
Away From Keyboard (KL) @___awayfromkeyboard: Crafting raw, organic house beats with a touch of techno acid. AFK is inspired by the fusion of organic house elements and the pulsating energy of electronic techno acid. With a stage name evoking a sense of immersion and detachment, AFK brings a unique blend of raw, hands-on creativity to every set, by eschewing traditional digital setups, he crafts a live experience that is both spontaneous and meticulously curated, pushing the boundaries of sonic exploration.
Richard Allen Bates (Hong Kong) @__naean__ : is the drone noise project of double bassist Richard Allen Bates. Using electric upright bass and effects, he creates sonic landscapes accordant with a cosmos of dystopian horror.
Faris Zaharii (KL) @ffaris.zaharii: A visual jockey specializing in lights visual and linear shapes, and video manipulation. Inspired by the iconic visuals of Blade Runner and Tron, infuse a futuristic and cinematic aesthetic into his work.
Kar Kah (KL)@karkahchan:Kar Kah is a Malaysian interdisciplinary artist, choreographer, educator, and director of Marrow collective and Sui Yi dance company. Kar Kah was trained in Chinese classical dance, Chinese ethnic folk dance, and contemporary dance at Beijing University. In 2018, she founded Marrrow collective which explores the intersection of dance and visual arts. Kar Kah research on local Chinese dance surrounds the ancestral tradition and somatic memories of the Malaysian Chinese community, and their influence of Chinese dance in Malaysia.
