You might have noticed something different while trying to access the Organiser Dashboard, and that is CloudJoi ID! We have revamped the account access experience as part of our commitment to continuously improve user experience and more importantly, strengething security.
✨ What's New?
The whole login experience has been redesigned with the focus of keeping it consistent with our CloudJoi brand. We will gradually transition all our platforms to use this new experience, starting with the Organsier Dashboard.
Login with Social Media
We will be retiring our passwordless login, but fret not! We understand that passwords can be complicated, so we are introducing Login via Google and Login via Apple. These login approaches will simplify the login process even more, with a click of a button you will be logged in right-away.
Security Improvements
Security is one of our biggest priorities, and with this change we are introducing many behind-the-scenes changes. Among the many changes would be the adoption of the OAuth Framework, representing a significat security upgrade for our system. It aligns with the industry best practices, providing a standardised and secure experience.This change not only strengthens overall system security but also ensures a more secure and user-friendly interaction between our platforms.

Can I use my account on CloudJoi.com?
Yes! Your organiser account will work with CloudJoi.com as well.
What is my email / password?
We do not touch your email and password, as they are securely encrypted on our servers. You may use the same credentials that you have been using to log in.
How do I login without a password?
If you have previously been using login via email to receive a login link and do not have a password, you may use the "Forgot Password" feature to set-up a new password for your account. Alternatively, you may use "Login via Google" if you are using a Google account.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
We have introduced a new feature which lets you reset your password. You may click "Forgot Your Password?" to reset your password.
If I would like to change my account to another email, what should I do?
