Important Ticketing Policies

To make this experience enjoyable for everyone and to protect our team’s efforts in creating a memorable event, please review the following policies:

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, participant cancellations, or late arrivals. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may miss essential information at the start of the walk and cannot be accommodated once the session has begun.
  • Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are non-transferable to other sessions or dates. Please confirm your availability before booking.
  • Weather Conditions: The walk will proceed whether light rain or shine. We encourage participants to dress accordingly in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy, non-slip footwear as we will be walking over various terrains. In the event that a session cannot take place due to severe weather (TLHP reserves the sole right to make the final decision on this for each session), the walk shall be postponed to a later time. Tickets will only be refunded if a walk cannot be replaced for any reason, and all ticket refunds will be at the discretion of TLHP.
  • Health & Safety: The walk will take place over public areas and roads. TLHP and its partners prioritise the safety of our participants; however, participation will be at your own risk. TLHP will not be held liable for any unforeseeable incidents that may occur during the walk. Please follow the guide’s instructions and adhere to safety guidelines throughout the walk. Participants with medical conditions or mobility limitations are advised to consult with TLHP before booking. Please notify the guide of any relevant health concerns before the tour.
  • Participant Conduct: Participants must act respectfully toward fellow attendees, guides, and the local community. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
  • Minimum Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 12 years old, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Prohibited Substances: Alcohol consumption or any prohibited substances during the tour is strictly forbidden. TLHP reserves the right to remove participants who are under the influence without a refund.
  • Environmental Responsibility: Please avoid littering and respect the local environment as we explore heritage sites and public spaces. We also encourage participants to bring reusable water bottles and follow eco-friendly practices.
  • Photography and Filming: TLHP and its partners may take photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to appear in any media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the guide at the start of the session.
  • Modifications and Cancellations: TLHP reserves the right to modify the itinerary, guides, or content of the tour, if necessary, to improve the experience or accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
