ZX 2024 | Reclaim: Space. Time. Body. by January Low

Do take advantage of our subsidised workshops—this is the perfect opportunity to explore a new activity or skill! Limited capacity.

Join @januarylow for a movement language workshop that explores mindfulness through a blend of movement and voice exercises. You'll learn the art of Charis—focusing on the hip and leg joints—to reconnect with your body. The session will conclude with a slow, silent walk to centre your mind and breath.

No dance experience is needed, and it's open to everyone over 10 years old. Mothers and daughters are especially encouraged to attend together.

Note: Wear cool, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
