Sarawak Stadium, located in Petra Jaya just 30 minutes from Kuching City, is the largest stadium in Sarawak with a seating capacity of 40,000. Completed in the mid-1990s, it gained international recognition as a preliminary venue for the 1997 World Youth Cup football championships. The stadium also hosted the 18th Malaysia Games (SUKMA) and the 18th Malaysian Paralimpiad Games in July-August 2016.
This modern stadium boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including an LED screen and scoreboard, a Royal box, VIP grandstand, lounge, and viewing rooms for VIPs.
