About
In the pursuit of artistic perfection, arts practitioners can burn out, suffer high levels of anxiety and depression, find themselves vulnerable to bullying or exploitation, and struggle alone and in silence. What can the arts community do?
In this important conversation, arts and mental health practitioners come together to share good practices for developing caring and supportive communities. We also invite audiences to share your tips with each other. Through open dialogue, the conversation explores the ways in which we can create a culture of care within the arts.
Discussants: Lee Ren Xin (Five Arts Centre), Shane Capri Chin (arts educator, theatre maker), Ashraff Ahmad (clinical psychologist, counsellor)
Moderator: Pang Khee Teik
This conversation is part of YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Please click here for the full programme.
