1. How do I purchase a ticket?

Tickets can be purchased through the CloudJoi website. Just click “Book Now” and proceed to checkout following the usual steps.

2. How much is the ticket?

RM37.16 per ticket (processing fee and service charge applied)

3. What about seating?

Seating is free seating – no assigned seats.

4. Are children allowed?

Yes, children aged 7 and above may attend.

5. How many people is one ticket for?

One ticket = One person. Each QR code admits one.

6. What happens after I purchase a ticket?

You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. Show this code to the door crew for scanning when doors open.

7. Is there any dress code theme?

Yes. Come with smart casual (purple and white). Your way, your style.

8. Can I request a refund or exchange?

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed once a booking is made.
