Join Cassandra for a self-defence workshop designed to empower you with practical skills to protect yourself in various situations. In this 1-hour session, you will learn how to stand safely in front of someone who may want to harm you and effectively defend against common attacks like shoves and hair-pulling.

You will  also be guided on how to move safely and protect yourself on the ground. Learn essential techniques for distancing yourself from a threat, escaping from a pinning situation, and breaking free from a chokehold. Discover how to lock an attacker’s arms to prevent further harm.

Come ready to learn, move, and build confidence in your ability to stay safe in challenging scenarios.

Note: 

• For safety purposes, please come in tight-fitted clothes without zippers or pockets.
