Pyen Tan

Started learning vocal music at the age of eleven and graduated from National Taipei University of the Arts in 2023, majoring in vocal performance. Studied under teachers Liu Guo Yao, Tew Tiong Ley, and Teng JiLong; participated in a masterclass led by Malaysian soprano Zhang Kai Xin.Active in various musical performances, participated in the original musical "Music for Dreams" organized by the Seremban Chung Hua High School in 2018. In 2019, invited by the Dandelion Choir to record the album "Faith and Heritage." During her studies, participated in opera productions such as "Rigoletto" and "L'amico Fritz." In 2022, she took part in the global character audition for the Chinese version of the musical "The Phantom of the Opera," passing the second round of auditions. In 2023, she participated in the university's English opera "Telephone" playing the role of Lucy.In 2024, after returning to her home country, she officially joined KL City Opera as a member and participated in their production of the opera "La Bohème." Additionally, she took part in a concert organized by Tutan Entertainment (Broadway and Beyond), performing as Fantine in selections from "Les Misérables." At the same time, she was invited to perform in various charity events.
