Karen Chan Shwu Huey 曾靖惠

Karen Chan Shwu Huey is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Music at Universiti Malaya. She has been performing on stage since she was eight years old, participating in singing and speech competitions.

Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music, majoring in Vocal Performance, from Universiti Malaya, where she studied under Dr. Yap Jin Hin and Dr. Ang Mei Foong. Throughout her vocal training, she has also participated in masterclasses conducted by several prominent Malaysian vocal coaches, including Ho Chi Mei, Stephen Tok, Cha Seng Tiang, Cecilia Yap, Samantha Chong, Joseph Leow and Florence Chong.

[2017] Top 10 Winner in 43rd Central Region Classical Singing Competition 2017; Mrs. Asia International World Grand Final 2017 Best Talent Queen Award at Shanghai;

[2018] Top 4 Winner in 44th South Region Classical Singing Competition 2018; Gold Award in Choir Competition MCE International Choral Festival Competition in Mixed Voice Category at KLPAC;

[2019] 2nd Runner-Up (vocal category) in International Music Competition 2019 in University Malaya; Top 4 Winner in 45th South Region Classical Singing Competition 2019;

[2020] Straight A Honours Final Sem Graduated in Bachelor Music Degree at University Malaya; 1st Runner Up of Xiao Chuang Music Composing Competition at Yao Lan Shou Music Composing Unit;

[2021] Worldwide release her first single album Panda Eyes at Apple Music;

[2022] 1st Runner Up of Xiao Chuang Music Composing Competition at Yao Lan Shou Music Composing Unit;

[2023] Best Vocal Group Performance in 18th BOH Cameronian Arts Awards.
